  1. I would like to buy a book with sea vegetables recipes. Do you know any?

    Thanks,

    Divna

  2. Hi Divna - Sorry for the delay, your comment must have slipped past! Anyway, I have yet to have come across a book with some good sea veg recipes that are over and above nori wraps. Believe me, if I make such a find, I’ll be posting it here with flying colors!

  3. I am changing my food supplement to Kelp. However the caution states only one capsule per day. I would like to increase that to three or four a day. What do you think? J.T.

  4. Thank you so much for the book suggestions. Several of the titles have caught my eye and I will be picking them up, as I am always looking for a good read on healthy living. I would love to also recommend The Secrets to Great Health by John Matsen (one of the best book I’ve ever read on the subject). As far as periodicals, I love my Eating Well Magazine.

  5. Oh I am sorry, by the way I am checking out your website because my husband knew I would enjoy it. You went to school with him. . .Shane McGonnell. He was right, I am enjoying your website and I am looking forward to trying many of your recipes. . .right up my alley.

  6. Hi Stacy! Yea, it was pretty wild to come across Shane after all these years and even crazier to find out we live within a mile from each other…small world! Thanks for visiting my blog, I’m glad you enjoy!
