As a slooooow transitioner to the raw world, I appreciate your art-sy approach and generosity in sharing these interesting recipes.  What attracted me to your blog was the little mini-chocolate cakes with the white, cashew nut icing.  Keep up the good work.  I wish you taught classes in the New England area.
